Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. We were happy to stay in your hotel. What was glad at your hotel, it is a great service, especially thoughtfulness of Mr. Sergio was really great. We had various kinds of breakfast, it was delicious all. We found that cafe au lait was very delicious than france! We will stop at your hotel again when we will come back to Tuscany. Best regards. Grazie!

This was our second stay at Villa Gaia and it was as wonderful as our first stay. Sergio made us feel just as welcome as he had done previously which was a huge factor as to why we chose to go back. The rooms are lovely and the view is outstanding, it’s a view you can never forget. The breakfast is delicious and definitely the best breakfast we’ve had anywhere else in Europe. The hotel is in a great location, near to the new town, and is within walking distance to some very good restaurants. Me and my partner don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel and wouldn’t chose anywhere else to stay in the area.

We’ve choosen this hotel because of its location. It’s almost in the center of small town up at the hill. From the room was beautiful view for the typical tuscany landscape – hills, small towns and local farmland. The room was clean, without any extra conveniences. The breakfast had variety of options. The owners attitude to the geust was very warm. Very good relation price to the quality.
“Very nice hotel!”

I stayed in this Hotel in october for one night and had a really good time! Our room was really modern and comfortable! Breakfast was really good (bufefet). In october there is not much to do in the town, but we the receptionist gave us really good tips for dinner and wine tasting! It has also a parking place and was easily to find by car!

“Excellent and friendly service with attention to detail”

The room prepared for our dog with place mat, food, and water bowl made us felt welcome here immediately. The dog was free of charge. Room and bathroom are equipped approriately and very clean. We requested a room with valley view, which was beautyful. The size of the room was big enough for two people and the dog, although the bathroom size could have been larger. We found rooms for incapacitated people which provide more space can be booked as well. Wireless internet was available at no additional costs. Parking is on the hotel compound and mostly shady. The service was genuinely friendly and attentive. The decorations inside and outside of the hotel were nice, showing the dedication to make the stay at the hotel a pleasant one. The air conditioning equipment was programmable (night-day-operation to make the room cool when coming back from day trips). A remote control made the operation very convenient. Breakfast was typically Italian, sweet cakes, croissants, toast, jam and marmelade, cereals, juice, water, milk and all possible Italian coffees. Eggs, ham, cheese, and saugage are available at a surcharge. The menu is provided in different languages. Every now and then we took dinner at the hotel and found the quality was allright. We noted the hotel staff’s flexibility, when they accepted to change dinner to lunch on short notice. This happened 2 hours before lunch, when we decided to change plans concerning our day trip. Price for value was very good. We found that in comparison to other hotels the offer through online booking was extremely competitive (75 EUR per night and double room, breakfast for two included). The only disadvantage was the closeness to the main road with quite some traffic at times, however, the windows could stay closed over night due to the good airconditioning. We did no like the TV which was small and had a bad image quality. There was a room for public viewing with a larger TV though. After a stay in another location, which was more expensive and quite lousy, we decided to come back and spend the rest of our holidays here.
“Young, vibrant, tastefully and professionally run hotel – not to be missed”

Outstanding hotel strategically located in walking distance of the Chianciano Termae. The hotel has been recently renovated in a striking and vibrant white-orange combination theme. Attention to details in the décor is prominent, from the position of the hotel lounge bookshelf to the carefully placed design bar stools. Cleanliness is sovereign throughout the hotel, from the common areas to the rooms and en suite bathrooms, spotless at all times. The food is always tasty, freshly prepared, straightforward and unfussy, suited to every palate and age bracket. Any dietary requirement is happily accommodated by the friendly and welcoming hotel management. Staying at the Hotel Villa Gaia has been a rewarding and refreshing experience, that showed how professionalism, passion for the business and personal touch can deliver a superior service in hospitality at a very competitive and reasonable price. The quality of the service provided at the Hotel Villa Gaia sets this establishment into a class of its own, unmatched by the larger competitors in the area. With luck you may be entertained at the bar by the owner him self, Mr Sergio who will guide you with expert hand in a journey of discovery into the wonderful world of Italian grappa. We will definitely be back soon for more.
